Ometria is a customer marketing platform for retailers. Ometria helps retailers understand their customers and communicate with each one in a personalised way.
Ometria tasked Claro Print’s Swag Team with curating a new start onboarding pack of high quality items. Due to the global nature of Ometria’s workforce, the ability to store then deliver globally on demand was a critical requirement of the project.
Following an initial reach-out from Ometria to Claro, a needs analysis video conference call was arranged to help Claro understand Ometria’s requirements.
After talking through Ometria’s goals for the project, a suitable proposal was made that was tailored exactly to meet Omertria’s specific needs.
Ometria’s goal for the campaign was to ensure newly recruited team members felt welcomed to Ometria. Claro Print proposed a range of suitable high-quality options that were a good fit with Ometria’s brand and which had possibilities for dual and multi branding.
Following a series of strong recommendations from Claro’s Swag agent, Ometria were able to sign off on the project swiftly resulting in them seeing product mock-up within 24 hours of the approval meeting.
There was a need to have packs in stock within a short, 3 week period. This was so that already onboarded staff could be mailed their packs quickly and so that new starts could receive their swag packs before commencing training. In order to achieve the time schedule, a clear communication line was established so as to eliminate time consuming delays.
Claro Print handles the full pick-and-pack operation, ensuring that a different mix of items were packed and delivered to a series of global locations with the balance to be held in stock to be sent out as new Omertians join the team.
